What the ALV form is

ALV stands for Application for Licensing of Motor Vehicle. It's the form used to renew your vehicle's licence — the disc on your windscreen.

It captures the owner's particulars and the vehicle's details. The owner can be a person or an organisation, and the form makes provision for both — including a company's proxy or representative.
