1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TrafficForms, a service operated by Pelox Trading ("TrafficForms", "we", "us", "our"). By using TrafficForms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What TrafficForms does

TrafficForms helps you prepare South African vehicle and licensing forms (such as the NCO and RLV) by reading information from documents you upload and placing it into the correct fields on the relevant form, ready for you to review and download.

3. What TrafficForms is not

TrafficForms is an independent service. It is not eNaTIS, the Department of Transport, a licensing authority, or any other government body, and it is not endorsed by or affiliated with any of them. TrafficForms does not submit, lodge, or file any form with any authority on your behalf — you remain responsible for submitting your completed form yourself.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information and documents.
• You must review every field on the completed form before downloading or using it.
• You are responsible for confirming that the form, and how you submit it, meets the requirements of the relevant licensing authority.

5. Accuracy and no guarantee of outcome

While we aim to fill in forms accurately based on the documents and information you provide, we do not guarantee that a completed form will be accepted by any authority, or that any application, registration, or licensing outcome will be achieved. Acceptance and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

6. Fees

During the current pilot phase, TrafficForms is provided free of charge. If we introduce fees in the future, we will give notice before any charges apply to your use of the service.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and design associated with TrafficForms remain the property of Pelox Trading or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our permission.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrafficForms and Pelox Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including rejection of a form by an authority, delays, or errors in information you provided. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pelox Trading and TrafficForms against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or the information and documents you provide.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TrafficForms at any time, including where we suspect misuse of the service or a breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of TrafficForms after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
