Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TrafficForms ("the Service"), a service operated by Pelox Trading 71 CC, registration number 2010/008527/23 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What TrafficForms does

TrafficForms is a document-preparation tool. It helps you complete official South African eNaTIS/NaTIS traffic forms by extracting information from documents you provide and placing it onto the correct form fields, which you can then review, edit, and download.

TrafficForms is not a government service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to eNaTIS, the Department of Transport, the RTMC, or any licensing authority. We do not submit forms to any authority on your behalf. We do not process licence or registration applications. We prepare a document that you are responsible for checking and submitting yourself.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on any form you download. Always review a completed form carefully before using it.
• You must have the legal right to use the documents and personal information you upload.
• You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to prepare forms you are entitled to complete.
• You are responsible for submitting any completed form to the relevant office yourself, and for meeting that office's requirements.

3. Accuracy and no warranty of acceptance

We work hard to place your information correctly on official forms, but we cannot guarantee that any authority will accept a form, or that a form reflects the latest regulatory requirements at the moment you use it. The Service is provided "as is". You use downloaded forms at your own responsibility and should verify them against current official requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Free downloads are granted once per account and are not renewed or transferable. Converting an individual account to a business account does not grant additional free downloads.

5. Payment and credits

Paid features are described on our Pricing page. Credits are purchased in bundles and consumed when you download a completed form. Payments are processed by Paystack; we do not store card details. All prices are in ZAR.

6. Refunds

Credit purchases are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Data and privacy

We handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Documents you upload are used to prepare your forms and are not retained after extraction. For full details, see our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its content are owned by us. The official government forms themselves remain the property of their respective authorities; we provide a tool to help you complete them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a form being rejected by an authority, from errors in information you provided or approved, or from your failure to review a form before use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific download giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we deem to be misusing this Service or breach these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
