Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credits are non-refundable

TrafficForms sells credits that are used to download digital documents. Because a downloaded form is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, credit purchases are non-refundable once a payment is completed, except where required by South African law.

What this means

• Credit bundles are sold as-is. Once a bundle is purchased and added to your account, the purchase cannot be reversed or refunded.
• Credits do not expire, so any credits you have bought remain available for future downloads.
• You are only charged when a completed form is successfully generated and downloaded. If a download fails for a technical reason on our side, you are not charged for it, and any credit deducted in error is restored to your account.
• Re-downloading the same, unchanged or unedited form does not cost additional credits. Editing a form and downloading again is treated as a new download.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — TrafficForms is pay-as-you-go via credit bundles. You can simply stop using the Service at any time. Any unused credits remain in your account but are not refundable for cash.

Errors and disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, or a payment was taken but credits were not added to your account, contact us at info@trafficforms.co.za with your account email and the payment reference, and we will investigate and correct any genuine error promptly. Where a refund is due, please note that bank or card processing (via Paystack) typically takes a few business days to reflect in your account.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paystack. This policy concerns the credits and service provided by TrafficForms; Paystack's own terms also apply to the payment transaction.
